"It was only a short overnight stay, but a great choice of hotel. Admittedly a little pricey for around 17 hours, and the only time in the hotel was for sleep. However, it can't be denied that this is a top class hotel, not a budget one. It should be noted that there's currently work going on around the hotel - I think it's to do with a metro extension, BUT it wasn't noticeable from inside. There are 2 metro stations very close by. The hotel is beautiful inside, and the staff were very helpful....

"What we liked is that this was a real neighborhood, not just a tourist area. It was an easy walk from the main train station connecting to Lisbon. the hotel itself is spanking brand new and the bed was big and comfortable. Also less than two blocks away was an amazing local bakery (Chicana) which was amazingly cheap for that quality of pastries, bread and coffee. Their English is limited, but you will be fine.
