"This was the worst hostel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were dirty and the atmosphere was very unsafe. There were drug addicts in my room who told me they were living there permanently. They did all sorts of drugs. Nothing matched the positive reviews, and I felt completely misled. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!"

"We were nervous arriving at this hotel as some reviews were horrific! We were delighted to find that the room and en-suite bathroom were absolutely spotless. Yes, the stairs are a bit grubby and *very* steep but so were every other stairs we came across in Amsterdam.
