"Perfect! BUT there has to be done something about the elevators. Wait many minutes to go up or down is not acceptable. We noticed that people was frustrated about this and was we also. "Its my many times stay at Novotel Siam. My reason for returns is because of a wonderful location to almost everything in BKK. Massage , shopping, food, and much more. The BTS train is also right in front. Easy to airport. Comfy rooms and an excellent breakfast 😋 will be back again. "
