"Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Beach was easily accessible and a magnificent view of the sea bay. Our room included the club lounge which we had our daily breakfast and afternoon mini buffet during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The gym was well equipped, but the machine felt sticky. Perhaps they should supply antiseptic wet wipe for people to wipe down the equipments. I would have no problem in staying at the Dusit Thani Krabi."

"This resort is huge! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean and comfortable. Main pool and beach area was awesome. There are limited pool chairs for how many guests there are and this hotel does not serve alcohol. There is a market walking street next door that has great shopping, massage salons, food options and bars. "

The level of upkeep seems correct and the facilities are well maintained. The staff is very well trained and polite, the consistency of service is excellent. Breakfast is good, choice is good. The coffee is excellent, staff is efficient. The egg station is excellent. If I had one suggestion it would be the quality of the breads available and perhaps missing some avocado in the buffet but this is really being picky. "

The location is a little out of the way but just a short walk from all the action and I liked being away from the craziness while still being close by. The staff at the front desk were amazing! Recommend hiring a scooter to get around and experience all beaches close by. Perfect place to catch the sunset with cocktails. "
