"I stayed in a double room that included breakfast. The room was small but functional! There was a luggage rack for your suitcase, a desk with kettle and drinkware, in-room safe, hangars for clothing and housecoats. The bathroom had a hair dryer and your basic toiletries. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones, with an extensive variety of western and Japanese options. The location was perfect for getting around, as it is just up the street from the Kichijoji train station and close to many shops and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"Surprisingly quiet for being right on top of train tracks. This also makes it very convenient for subway travel. With the express it’s about 15mins to shibuya. The rooms are very tiny, which is expected, but the staff is accommodating and the cleaning service is great. "

"Obviously a business hotel, and probably caters mostly to Rakuten biz visitors. Single room is quite spacious for Tokyo. Only wish is for a work table - there's only a small bedside table which is too low for working on laptop, and too high if sitting on the floor."

"The hotel is just a few steps from the train station that rapid express stops. That made it easy to travel to other nearby towns. Our room included breakfast, and it was simple but very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. If we come back to this area, we’d like to stay here again."
