"Staff is super friendly, helpful, and very easy to reach to. Fidele was able to address all of our concerns and is respectful to our schedules. Unfortunately the location is not ideal. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 out of the 3 we saw homeless wondering around and checking out the hotel yard. We heard one of them shout out swearing words in the middle of the night. The staff acted quickly and escorted the guy away but still, it is just how this neighborhood is unfortunately. Maybe consider...

"We absolutely loved staying here! Check-in was a breeze and the house was furnished well and very clean. Beds are very comfortable as well! It is centrally located, so it did not take long to get to different attractions and events as well as wonderful food! We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Albuquerque!"

"Property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and fresh paint. Many large cobwebs in bedroom. There is a bed in the living room. Baseboards and caulking are grimy with years of built up dirt. Furniture is old toss-aways. Kitchen chairs are awkward and roll out from under you when you sit. They are too big for the tiny eating area with barely space for two. The chairs are also very low so you are sitting with the table at your upper chest. Items like Soap, towels, and area rugs are very cheap....

"As constant travelers and host, this home was perfect for relaxation and hosting a big dinner with friends. There was only 4 of us, but would have had room to fit 6 easily. The beds were so comfy, we did not need to bring our pillows from home. Towels were better than most hotels, and there was plenty for showers and for use in the hot tub. Attention to details go a long way, having plenty of dish soap, trash bags, and even dishwasher/laundry pods, mean a lot to us. The kitchen was well stocked...
