"We had a wonderful stay at the Westgate Resort Myrtle Beach. Staff was friendly and attentive, grounds were clean, rooms are spacious. While there is no daily housekeeping during the stay - staff is always available to assist with whatever is needed (coffee, extra towels, etc). "

"Great location, view! friendly staff. Beach front, good dining options, fun bar, close to restraunts, activities and shopping. Few things I'd recommend is unclogging tub for shower, it fills up while your showering, do a deep cleaning in bathroom area and cleaning the carpet better, and if a guest stays a week, have some dish soap and a sponge to do dishes with, and a towel/ sheet check ( since you change your own sheets) maybe by the 3rd day of guest stay. We did have a young lady check with us on the 4th or 5th day but by then we had already got sheets and towels from downstairs. And maybe more than one pack of coffee for room. These aren't major complaints, we'd stay again, great value all around. Little noisy one of the nights but the view wow and the doll sliding door open with ocean sounds all night was amazing. Greattt weather!!! Came in late April. "

"Went in early May. No over crowding. Strong security presence. Helpful staff. The hotel was very clean. I swear there was always someone mopping the lobby."

"I like that there was a Starbucks coffee and a I grocery store right in the resort. Also a bowling alley was in the resort which was a fun thing to do.. also there’s a few restaurants and stores nearby so that you can walk there."

"Rooms were recently renovated and were nice and clean. I do wish they would enforce the smoke free property rule, there were many people smoking on balconies and around the pool area and staff said nothing."
