"Four senior couples spent a week here for extended summer golf. The condo is in a great location with views of the intracoastal waterway. The location is ideal for golf, shopping and dining. The unit was comfortable and spacious. It was lacking a few kitchen items like a kettle, wine glasses and tea spoons, not deal breakers of course. It would benefit from a deep thorough cleaning. "The Dunes is a very nice resort. It is close to Broadway at the Beach and many other popular destinations. Our unit was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nelly was always gracious and quick to respond. The resort schedules activities throughout the day/week. These are great for families. For our trip, they had Halloween activities throughout the weekend. The staff was helpful and friendly. The numerous pools and indoor waterpark were fun and an added bonus. "

"We had 2 adults a toddler and 1 year old woth our puppy. All and all we made things work. Was a tad smaller then pictures make it seem but we had no issues staying. After all your supost to stay outside enjoying the area on vaccation. Staff was amazing as well and the ppl around us. Very clean and well kept. Had maintenance crew there doing work to keep up with place. Plenty of pools around for kids and adults!! O erall very pleased with stay and not a complaint from us!!! "

"Room was very clean & gorgeous ocean view from the balcony! The front desk staff and maintenance staff were all very friendly! We enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a pain is the door locks. It requires a 10 digit code to open the door & ours would not open almost the entire stay. Maintenace had to leave us in the room. Parking gargae is pretty tight to navigate as well even for a mid size car. "

"Our family had a perfect vacation in Myrtle beach at this property. It is spacious and well stocked. The unit would benefit from additional bed pillows and blankets. Also, it would help to have the lightbulbs routinely checked as we experienced several being out. The pool is lackluster, but that didn’t deter from our fun vacation. We would stay here again."

"The condo itself is a nice condo. The rooms are spacious and the layout is nice. It was a little humid the first day until the temperature regulated. The floors were pretty dirty and very sandy. "It was okay, nice place to stay especially since it’s beach front and has pools very nice to have especially if you have kids. Check in was easy, we had a few complications and the staff took over an hour just to help us into our room and were rude. I will say the room wasn’t very clean and outside of the room in the hallway and all that was gross and constantly had a nasty smell. we’d stay here again just not. in this room. we would definitely get a bigger room. Or just find a different hotel...

"The property was clean and very convenient to our needs. However, when we arrived we found that one of the 2 beds did not have sheets. It seemed that someone was aware of this because the bedspread was pulled back on the bed with no sheets. We contacted Vacasa three times and NEVER received the sheets. This type customer service seems unacceptable to me. The property was very nice but vacasa not so much. "
