"The property has very nice selection of pools to enjoy. Didn’t like there was only one hot tub and there was no continental breakfast. I did appreciate the Starbucks cafe on site but think it would have been a better experience of such a beautiful cafe space if it had a continental breakfast in addition to what they offered at the Starbucks cafe. Did become my favorite place to stay planning my next trip soon…"

"Although I was informed of an issue for the room I was supposed to have on a floor I did not request 34 minutes before check-in, everything worked out perfectly in the end. I was placed in another tower with multiple rooms until the type of room I reserved was available the next day. The manager, Ms. April Almeida was exceptional. She worked with me to make sure me and my guests were placed in a room on a floor I originally requested due to my guests and I being afraid of heights. The birthday pair enjoyed their time and so did I as well as everyone in my group with all the renovations happening during our stay. We're looking forward to returning again."

"Ted and Dale at the pool bar were amazing. Pool and beach access was lovely, and Broadway at the Beach is less than 20 minutes away. My family and friends did two escape rooms at The Escape Game at Broadway at the Beach and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend, especially on the off-season. "

"The suite we had was nice and updated with all necessities. I was able to cook all our meals as planned. As a bonus, there was a jetted tub. The staff was great and there were security staff on duty around the property and in the parking garage.The outside of the building was a bit worn, but I guess that is to be expected in the salty atmosphere. It would have been nice to have a recliner, but overall, it was a good stay. I would book with them again."
