"We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! "

"We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The deck was our favorite part even though the view was not as pictured. There is now a building blocking most of the ocean view. The street view can be entertaining though. Unit was clean, we had everything we needed. Check in was extremely easy, host was pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.. "

"We loved this cottage, perfect size for 2 adults and a dog. Cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with smart TV’s. A well appointed kitchen with full size appliances, perfect for cooking any meals. We spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch, listening to the ocean waves breaking and enjoying the refreshing breeze. Took advantage of the fire pit in the evenings. So close to the beach you can see the ocean from the yard and be on the beach in a short 2 or 3 minute walk! Location close to many great...

"Nice little place. The inside lighting could use improvement as the main lights are quite dim. But definitely great for what we needed it for. Neighborhood very peaceful and quiet. The property description needs updating, as there is no longer a community boat ramp and dock .i would stay again."

"The house was great. Well loved all it had to offer. There were a few minor issues that I communicated with Tate. The issues were resolved while we were there. Tate was great tk work with. We spent alot of time indoors due to Hurricane Debby, it was nice that we had space for everyone to be comfortable. Looking forward to staying again, with better weather. "
