"The service at the front desk was exceptional, it’s just a pity the property doesn’t live up to the images on the website. No lighting in the pool or gym at night making it feel unsafe. The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. Even though I left some message on SMS, they don't answer. Finally I drove home without staying in the rain. I don't think it's good as much as it should be."

"The room itself was very utilitarian - functional but not even any pictures on the institutional colored walls. Like many places we experienced in Thailand, the bed and pillows were very hard. The air conditioning was good and the shower was great. It was nice to have a little terrace, but no room to sit outside. loved this hotel

"we loved this hotel. It was perfect for our New Year's Eve stay. We had a lovely room with a VERY comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was great. The view of New Year's Eve fireworks couldn't have been better, basically from our bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was plenty available in the streets outside the hotel"

"Credits to all staffs👍 very friendly, helpful and polite not only for the reception staffs but also to housekeepings. Rooms are spaceous and clean. Convenient for shopping - 3 minutes' walk to Robinson Mall and Max Value market just round the corner. Japanese restaurant on ground floor also many food choice around property. Massage shops also close."

"One of the best hotel’s I have stayed in. The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "

"Staff was friendly. Very quiet and relaxing place. Room was large. Bathroom was clean. Local restaurant had great fresh fish. Ocean is close and you can watch the fishermen. You will have to drive to get to a swimming beach. Great local park next to the ocean for walking or jogging. Pool was great with birds and flowers and dragonflies around it. An old school off-the-beaten path place."
