"The room itself was very utilitarian - functional but not even any pictures on the institutional colored walls. Like many places we experienced in Thailand, the bed and pillows were very hard. "Wifi - did not work or slow Wifi - the password changes daily so you have to go and get a new one from reception every 24 hours(no one had explained this to us so we did not know why the wifi had stopped working). Wifi - use either phone or laptop NOT both.If you try you are kicked off. We we were placed in a room around the back from the main hotel. We had asked for a high room on the upper floors and were on the ground floor. No tea/coffee in the room. Overpriced."
