From the moment I arrived, the lovely lady went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, memorable, and stress-free. the lovely Lady was incredibly attentive, greeting me warmly and personally checking in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. What truly stood out was Steven and the lovely Lady genuine care for the guests. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff reflected Steven and the lovely Lady dedication to excellence, which speaks volumes about their leadership. It’s clear that Steven and the lovely Lady runs a tight ship, and their passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect of the hotel. "Great little hotel in the centre of the Old Town right on the square. A little noisy at night on the weekends as people exit bars, but that’s to be expected. There was a lot of street construction going on all over Old Town unfortunately, but it was fine. The private living room type lounge was really nice to have to pop in for a coffee or a drink, and the breakfast room was lovely. Beautiful breakfast each day and the staff was so lovely!"
