FFS, I stayed one night and all was well, any issues I’ll take up with wherever I’m staying. I’ve unsubscribed from your reminders yet constantly get pestered. Please STOP. And there’s absolutely no need to reply and ask for feedback about your reply. Malmaison is great, Hotels,com not so much."

"We were only here for one night but we would definitely stay again. It was nice to be able to control the room temperature with a traditional radiator thermostat. The room was nice and warm when we arrived but at night we were able to cool it right down. Other hotels we’ve stayed at recently have been very cold. The staff went above and beyond to help us, the young gentleman on reception organised a taxi for us and was so polite and professional. The only problem was the shower didn’t seem to work quite right for shower pressure but maybe it was just our room. We look forward to staying again and hopefully will have more time to visit the spa etc. "

"I grew up in Leeds, and at the time, 70 or so years ago, The Queens was regarded as the tops. I feared that my childhood memories might be disappointed, but not so. My wife and I found it to be one of the best hotels in our long experience. Service was superb, the overall ambience excellent and the food in the restaurant faultless."
