"This hotel is our favorite in Niagara Falls - each room has its own personality and feels very boutique-y. Velvet damask wallpaper, very comfortable beds, and access to the top floor which has a 360° view of the falls is unmatched in this area. Absolutely love it here, have stayed at least 6 or 7 times and we only live an hour away! Would not hesitate to book again. "

"This is a great location in Niagara Falls park area, easy 10 minute walk to goat island and falls from USA side. Hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant well staffed and very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms in rooms could use some deep cleaning and possibly updating. Clean overall and beds comfortable. The area has had some major decline when talking with locals they have seen a decline since many major companies have left the area. We always felt safe in area just a visible decline in infrastructure...

Breakfast, the food was terrible but the waitress really tried. Dinner, the food was wonderful but the serviced sucked. "
