The Oriental Jade arranged and paid for our taxi to get there and gave us a farewell gift. Also, the benefits that came with the room such as free massages and drinks at the roof top bar really added to the value. Its well located on the edge of the old town not far from the lake. "We had an incredible stay at JM Marvel in Hanoi! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. I had mentioned in passing that my partner was feeling unwell and checked in with us throughout if she needed anything—such a thoughtful touch. Ny who was our main contact point was amazing. He was super communicative and went out of his way to help us explore the city, giving us great recommendations and even helping us book a vehicle to get to the airport. It made everything so much easier and stress-free. I wish I remembered everyone's names.. but Ny's male colleague with the glasses was also a very helpful person. I also appreciated the kind young women in the morning who were attentive and asking us if we needed anything on the way out of the hotel in the morning. This level of care and attention to detail is what sets JM Marvel apart. I can't say enough, highly recommend staying here if you want exceptional service in Hanoi! My partner and I can't really imagine staying anywhere else here."
