"I received a call 24 hours before our arrival (on New Years Eve),telling me the booking cancelled due to 'gas issues' in the apartment. I was told they would arrange for Expedia to search for alternative accomodation. I was ,however,scepital about this and proceeded to try and find accomodation myself,without success at such short notice. Great hotel & staff, excellent value for money.

"Excellent value for money. The inclusive breakfast was fantastic. Staff were really friendly. The location was great for the town centre and a lovely riverside walk just a few minutes away. Wi-fi worked really well and free parking at the rear of the hotel was much appreciated. "
