"We had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The property was large and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk across the road to get to the dock and waterfront. It was the perfect getaway while visiting family and friends in the Rochester, NY area. German Brothers Marina is just a little ways down the road and we rented a boat one day and it was easy to stop at the dock and exchange passengers. "The view was awesome. Foosball tournament was fun. We had some tall guys that were a little long for the bunk beds but they slept ok. All in all we were happy with the house. It was perfect for what we needed it for."

"This was our second stay at this home. This time was to visit our son at Hobart for his 21rst birthday with family. The house is so beautiful and comfortable!!! We were able to do dinner in Geneva and wine tour following day and back to house for visiting around the fire and cards. We can’t wait to come back!!! Amazing home and great hosts!!!"

"Nice location on the water. Kitchen is well equipped. TV is up to date. We could not get the bbq grill to light 😢. The hot water does not teach the sink in the 1/2 bath. "

"We had a reunion with 8 first cousins coming from Albany and Toronto. It was a perfect meeting place. The house was exactly what we needed. Comfortable, plenty of beds, full kitchen, and gathering space! We spent Saturday afternoon at three brothers winery, and it was quick uber ride away. Great time ! "

"What a wonderful stay! Upon arrival, the home was very clean and a complimentary bottle wine was left in the counter for our enjoyment. It is tastefully decorated and included all of the amenities that we could need. Communication before and during the stay was impeccable. The beds are extremely comfortable, tv’s are located throughout, and there was ample room for entertaining. Kara sets the standard for how a vacation rental should be. We will absolutely rent again!"
