"We had an excellent experience at this hotel, this being the fourth or fifth stay here in recent months. There's a culture here of friendliness and service here that stands out from many places we've stayed. Our room was perfect once again, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities--roomy fridge, microwave, soft towels, good wifi. Free breakfast is one of the best in any hotel we've visited. We will certainly stay here again in the future."

"Enjoyed myself, though when I asked the male staff with reddish beard to deactivate one of my keys I was told it wasn’t aloud or can’t do it. At that moment, I gathered my things due to me feeling unsafe and I barricaded my door & use the Bolt lock just to get some sleep. Then, checkout after I had enough rest."
