"The hotel was easy to find. About a 20 minute walk from the centre of Cologne. Our room wasn’t quite ready but we were offered a courtesy drink while we waited which wasn’t long at all. Great customer service. Room was clean."

"Happy with location, lost of places all around for food and drinks, tram stop close by so easy to get around, or only 24 minute walk from train station. Room has everything you need. We didnt have a view as looked out on a stairwell but this was a short sightseeing trip so view not needed as only in room to sleep."

"Staff very helpful. No kettle in the room but reception would give you a large pot of boiling water, tea and a cup to take to the room. I woukd stsy again if they improved the wifi. Could not book train or airline tickets as connection would spin and time out. Oddly netflix buffering could mostly handle the poor connection "

"Friendly helpful staff especially at reception - the gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, while the lady who checked me out directed me helpfully to the tramstop from which I could get a ticket to the station. Nice big room with separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. The small balcony outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was good value, being a buffet with a wide selection. Only downsides were a little noise from the nearby railway track (but it did not bother me - windows...

"The hotel is conveniently located just a few walks away from a metro station (Hansaring station). The hotel is old and the rooms need a little bit of renovation but over-all it was okay. The hotel offers breakfast buffet for an additional 12 euros."
