"AWESOME hotel! My friend and I felt like we were first class on the Titanic with how gorgeous the Claridges hotel was. The staff is incredibly helpful, the beds were super comfortable and the shower was hot with strong water pressure. We enjoyed escaping the busy city in the evening by staying in this part of town. It felt like the Beverly Hills of New Delhi. We ate at the hotel a lot including room service and everything was wonderful. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else if I visit...

"One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Excellent hospitality. Courteous staff. They really know how to take care of their guests. This includes the service that they provide till you have checked in your luggage at the airport. I have never experienced this in 5 star hotels anywhere. "

"The Imperial is a unique institution, almost a destination rather than a hotel. It is beautiful and its superb art and artifact collection sets it apart from any other hotel we have ever experienced. The staff and concierge are extremely attentive and all our requests were met promptly and with great care. If I have one minor complaint, it is about service in the dining room (1911), which tends to be a little unsystematic though very attentive when someone is actually looking. "
