"Property was good. Nice and quiet. The rooms were a little disappointing. The second floor had a very unusual smell that was not favorable. When we walked into our room the smell Intensified. We thought it would air out over the course of our stay. After the second day it was complete unbearable. It smelled like someone had cooked fish and left it in the sink or something. We brought it up to house keeping and the front desk and the said they would see what they could do. But nothing ever got...

The toilet and bathroom were very clean. However, the bedroom felt dark and dingy. We understand it’s not a serviced property, but for a five-night stay, it would have been nice to receive a couple more rolls of toilet paper and additional bin liners"

"The apartment condition is clean and very good. Everything you needed can be found in the apartment. The assigned parking slot is just next to the apartment that is great. The location of the apartment is another reason why we select Abba. A walkable distance (with zero slope) to the town centre takes around 10-15 minutes. "The room was advertised as a king bedroom but apparently New Zealand has a different definition of a King size bed. Close to the bus stop to Queenstown and a cafe down stairs make it a convenient place to stay. "

"Our 2 bedroom apartment was large, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately our room only had views of the adjoining property. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk. Just remember it is uphill to get back to the apartment (or a $10 Uber)."
