"Parking was 24€ per day and breakfast was also roughly 24€ per person so even though the price for the stay was reasonable, the after costs were relative to a more expensive hotel, closer to the cathedral. It was a nice hotel though and staff were really nice! We would stay closer to the Cathedral next time because there were more food options closer and walking back was a bit tiring after a long day out. Al"

"The hotel is great as is the location, but some members of staff need better customer service! Despite advising them 2 times that we couldn’t check in until the morning after our reservation we were made to feel like we we causing them a problem when we arrived ‘late’. One of the days there was no hot water and our coffee machine was kaput! "

"Happy with location, lost of places all around for food and drinks, tram stop close by so easy to get around, or only 24 minute walk from train station. Room has everything you need. We didnt have a view as looked out on a stairwell but this was a short sightseeing trip so view not needed as only in room to sleep."
