"I only stayed there one night, before my departure in the am and I literally got to my room at midnight so this review is only for a very short stay. Everything I experienced was great but one problem was this location wasn't easy to find. If you're going to stay there, to make it easier you can always search for Sheraton Airport as well, Marriott is right next to it. "

"I stay at the Steigenberger airport hotel every time I fly international for the past 10 years. The Steigenberger is one of my favorite hotels and up until now I have never had a complaint and the rooms are always super clean. However, this time the towel in my room had a big brown spot on it that was pretty disgusting. I did not complain about it because I usually travel with my own travel towel for this exact reason. In ten years this was the only time there has been a problem, and I did not report it to management. Would I continue to stay there? YES! It is still one of my favorite hotels and over the course of ten years I have never had a concern. Staying here in my opinion is the best option."

"Hotel is walking distance from the airport. Check in staff weren't the friendliest but the lady at the downstairs cafe more than made up for them with her glowing smile"

"The staff were absolutely amazing, very courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cute, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The parking garage was clean, well lit and safe. The shower was spacious and had wonderful water pressure and best of all the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a good nights sleep! I would love to stay here again."

"The hotel was amazing. The check in was fast and friendly. I was there for one night due to an early morning flight. The amount paid for the hotel on that night for the location was worth the amount! I will stay again, when returning to Frankfurt."
