"The hotel was wonderful. Because I booked through hotels.com/expedia, I was unexpectedly treated by the hotel. My room was upgraded, I was given a credit for 25 euros toward food, and I was offered late check out. It was a kind and appreciated gesture. I did get a hot stone massage at the spa, which was lovely. I spent some time in the sauna, although I was suprised it was co-ed. I also enjoyed an Afternoon Tea Service, which was delicisious. Lastly, a friend and I sat at the bar on Saturday night and were left alone by the staff to have a long conversation. It was nice to just sit and not feel rushed. "

"This is a hotel I regularly use at Frankfurt Airport and is my hotel of choice. The shuttle is free, operates every 20 minutes and serves both Terminal 1 and 2. Really good staff. Excellent speciality restaurant but only open Monday to Thursday evenings. "
