"Firstly, the location was perfect for us. We landed at Hamburg and one direct train took us to within 2 minute walk to the front door. It is close to the alt stadt and harbour area, which we frequented, but it is actually quite central to a lot of stuff. The hotel was very nice. Check in was a breeze and the room was a good size with everything that we needed. The only negative, it was quite a warm room, but hindsight, i think there was some temperature control we could have played around...

The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere but had easy access to the underground trains - especially good as we were on the line that took us directly from the airport within 30 minutes. Great service at breakfast, very helpful reception staff. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
