"The hotel was nice and clean, walkable to everywhere that I needed with good transportation options. Staff was friendly and easy check-in. Someone did wake me up however at 8:50 am by trying to enter my room when I had the “do not disturb” sign set out and I’m not sure why they tried entering my room? Was odd and had to give them a “hello I’m in here”. No fridge in the room, and minimal appliances like coffee maker, etc. just to note. Overall a decent experience."

"I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun.
