"Our two night stay was super! The outstanding staff members made all the difference. They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! Nothing is fancy at this facility, but everything was clean and we had all that was necessary. The area is quiet also. We would stay there again. "

"Staff Myra, Abby, Regina & Alvin gave us excellent service & very courteous. They went out of their way to provide our request for an early breakfast twice. And, even helped us to get tickets to see the Pope . Unforgettable experience.! Our 3rd visit to Rome and only now that we were able to see the Pope. Rooms are always clean . Highly recommended and for sure to stay at the same hotel when we go back hopefully next year for the Jubilee celebration 🙏"

"A safety handle would be ideal inside the shower. Our wardrobe (room # 23) was Soo tall that it was hard to reach the clothes hangers. Complementary breakfast was very nice and well supplied. Housekeeper is a nice and helpful woman"

"Someone needs to talk to Giacomo,the owner operator. He places guests in different properties whitout prior notice. I made a reservation for a room in Via del Corso 43, and end up in Via de la Frezza 53. Why, I don't know. Maybe, he feels like it. I wouldn't rent anoher room from this person. "
