"We walked to all locations and many times were out till early morning hour, felt safe. 5 minute walk to the Vatican, great little restaurant just below the apartment. Apartment was tastefully decorated as other rentals we have stayed at in Italy. We loved our stay and will return.."

"Perfect location for seeing many of the sights in Rome. Metro and busses were close and easy to use. Shopping for anything is just feet away. Several markets have anything you need except coffee filters for the coffee maker. I would suggest getting a French press in lieu of the Mr Coffee. We could not find filters anywhere. Restaurants in the local area are plentiful. Gentlemen who checked us in gave great advice for out of the way places to see"

"10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. "My family of 4 traveled to Rome and we couldn’t be happier with the apartment. The location was excellent, central to shops and restaurants. In addition since my children are adults, having separate rooms and bathrooms for everyone was wonderful. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and we were very pleased. Communication with the owner was very fast and easy, and the help in booking transfers from the airport was outstanding. This was a wonderful stay!"

"The location of the apartment made the price worth it. Not only around the corner from the Spanish Steps, but adorable, quality and well-renowned cafes just outside the doors with high-end shopping. Property is on the tippy top floor of the building, lots of stairs with steep stairs up to the loft area (watch your heads) so be weary when booking. "Nice setup rooms in Resort Park style. Birds singing most of the time reminding of natural country. Only issue is that even with one week stay, we had to empty the garbage ourselves but that is not a huge problem since the bins are located close to our room. Overall very nice and we will definitely stay in “Hu Roma properties “ if we come back to Italy."
