The manager was no help. The property at Via Vittoria 24 was supposed to be non smoking yet the people across the hall were smoking. "The rooms are not soundproof, and the shower entry doors in all the rooms are too small—too small for a regular female. Otherwise, it's a good value for the money at a great location. The fact that they don't have an elevator is not a big issue unless you have health problems. "

"Great hotel, literally steps from the Vatican. The breakfast included was simple, but it was available 24 hours which was a huge bonus, recovering from jet lag. Very small but had everything we needed, especially in a great location! "

"Great location! We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was lovely. Only thing I would suggest is getting the lights on the bathroom mirror to work and adding a few mirrors in the bedrooms or sitting room. No full length mirror at all. Makes it hard for multiple people to get ready when the bathroom has the only mirror. Neighbirhood is fabulous! "
