"Received excellent customer service, on family-owned and -run, vacation property. The villa resembles a castle on the exterior. Interior is spacious, and spotless. Great Room is , decorated with quirky items, such as a chair & footstool, both with the British flag; vinyl records with an actual player, and a fireplace. "Great little apt hotel in a residential area within a 20 min walking distance to St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museum though the cobbled streets are prohibitive to walk in a wheelchair. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is included on the upper floor and has a great view. Shower is tiny but has great water pressure. "
