"This was my first trip to India. The property was clean but felt old. I was there for 2.5 days. There were nice restaurants and shopping in the area. It's a busy city and I was coming from a bubble of a retreat center so it seemed loud the first night but after that it was fine. The staff was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again."

"If you want to see the true India, Adiva Hotel is ideally situated, with lots of traders on the street, Although some areas are less than desirable after dark. Just a short taxi ride away from the Gateway Of India. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and food was excellent. Staff were courteous, efficient and nothing was to much problem for them."

"The hotel turned out to be better than our expectations. It has the same average Mumbai hotel room size but with really clean amenities, generous staff and a beautiful rooftop. "I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

"The property is in good location transport is always available from outside and from the left side mini roundabout or circle as they call it. "Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...
