We couldn’t have asked for anything to be better and will absolutely be back! Staff, facilities, food, beach, pool, driver from the airport and for our excursion (Mr. Sinclair) were all exceptional. "There were a couple areas of the resort (main pool deck and some of the swim up pool bridges) that had some deferred maintenance, but then we found out they are supposed to be getting a major remodel in those areas. It definitely did not affect our use or enjoyment of the property! Our group of 6 enjoyed all the restaurants and amenities. Beach was great, as was the swim up bar. We walked all the way to 7 mile beach- beautiful! "

"We usually stay at a different hotel in negril, but it was booked up, so we booked the larger Coco laPalm. We probably will return here instead of the old place. Everything is well run, clean and roomy. Really, the only thing i can think to improve is that although there is plenty of hot water, the water pressure is less than you would expect, so the showers feel kinda lame. "

"This property was so quiet and peaceful which was the balance I needed. The staff were always ready to help. The security man organized transportation for me such that moving to and from the property was much easierr. The property is close to some really great restaurants including Rick’s Cafe.
