"I was blown away by how amazing this property and area was. Once I checked in I noticed immediately how clean the property was. I can tell Jerome really cares about the guests experience. The AC was ice cold and shower was perfect. Then I noticed I really never needed to go far for anything. Directly across the street is the best little breakfast spot with many options including the freshest seafood. Directly next door is a restaurant called Chicken Lavish and there I got the best jerk chicken...

"It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"We brought our adult kids to Jamaica! (ages 2056) It was all of our first times here. We were taken aback as to how well we were care for. Immediate hugs and welcomed in as family. Tony, Pauline, and Julie are classy, welcoming and loving humans!! Ali is a top notch manager who guided us there perfectly. Banton took care of driving us to and from the airport. This property is a gem! "

"We had an amazing time with our family there. When we had any small issues, mr. Brown was very helpful and quick to react! Highly recommended host. The palapa and the ocean view were top notch! The walk to the private beach is short and no bother at all. "

"This house was exactly as pictured and right on the private beach. Very comfortable for a family of 4. There is a community pool right off the beach that is great as well. There is also a tennis court around the corner that doubles as a pickle ball court. They truly have everything you could need and then some. Anna and Linley came higly recommended and were wonderful. Always available for any questions even before we got down there. We will definitely be booking another trip here.The "

"Wonderful property in an ideal location north of Negril center. Great amenities in a quiet and safe location. Close enough to many beach options and restaurants. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Easy to cook in or go out to eat. Community is well maintained with friendly staff. Can’t go wrong here!"

"It was very quiet and peaceful. The only drawback is that there are not too many places to eat within walking distance. We did a find a little beach front eatery on Bloody Bay Beach located near the little local shops Donavan, the owner cooked us some excellent fish dishes. Highly recommended. Donovan even came to our unit and cooked us aches and salt fish. Would stay here again. The view of the water was very nice. "

"We arrive post hurricane Beryl. The island and its residents and guests were recovering from a strong storm. The power was not available unless you were fortunate enough to have a generator, and there was significant damage and debris. Despite the wrath of Mother Nature, the beauty of Jamaica and the people shined. We were met by the most incredible staff who made everything amazing and worked diligently through any obstacles that came up. Kenya is amazing and is one of the best chefs I know....

Set in a bright, light and secure neighborhood, the location was perfect for access to the beaches and shops. The Property manager was extremely helpful in providing information about local services, friendly, professional, and was compassionate, in allowing us to remain an extra night at short notice, plus allowed us to accommodate extra family guests...

"We really liked our stay here. The staff was the best part as they act like they really want to do their jobs rather than some places where one feels that they are being friendly because they have to. It's worth noting that if someone is accustomed to 5-star resorts, this may not be the place for you. We've stayed in places where the rooms were much nicer, but for our needs, the room here and the resort itself was absolutely fine. The beach is outstanding and we were able to find chairs every day at the beach. "
