"Always love Coco. Some of the servers/bartenders/wait staff should stay home if they don’t want to be there that day. Everyone has bad days but when you bring those days to work and are nasty to guests then you make it bad for the entire hotel. "

"Property is gorgeous. We stayed in the Blue Java Cabana which was amazing - the only negative is that it’s right next to Rick’s Cafe which has music bumping all day and into the evening - after a while you just kinda tune it out though and it never went later than 10 so not a big deal over all. Food at the restaurant was great every meal - servers are friendly and fun. Got a massage on our front porch the last day from the woman they recommended which was amazing. "Excellent getaway for my wife and I. The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed many different breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. They had top notch bartenders and we recommend the swim up pool bar with Dino and LT. We already plan on coming back and bringing friends. This is the best place to stay in Negril!"

"I loved all the plants and greenery around, very rustic. It was also one of few beaches with palms for shade. Just a very warm setting. Staff were friendly and food was good. Only issue was the closeness to Margaritaville so the noise from music could be heard when trying to sleep at night. Not overbearing but if u have difficulty sleeping it could keep u awake. Overall 4 stars"

"Love the friendly staff, beach area big.favorite spot in negril. The whole beach area should be raked everyday but never raked past outdoor shower. They sprayed espesitis at 630am Friday which was very loud woke us up since our room faced parking lot Friday at 630am the spray was all in our rooms.. which when looked up was toxic to humans as well.but i guess they have to spray for bugs..but was very disappointing sonce gave me headache and felt nauseous afterwards. "Blue Cave Castle is the most unique vacation property my wife and I ever stayed at. It is, after all, a castle. Stayed in the penthouse. Basically 3 floors of the building. Very few guests. Very private. Highest point in Negril. Unbelievable views. This is not a 5 star all inclusive resort. This is a private residence. No bar or restaurant. But the neighborhood is the real deal Jamaica."
