"The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. "The hotel was situated in the heart of como around 10 minutes walk from the lake. The reception was extremely professional, quick and efficient. The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was top quality with professional staff doing the catering and making coffee. "The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Our room was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect for our walking needs in Como."

"Although the rooms are fairly small, they are comfortable. The noise from the street is very loud and persistent all night long so wear ear plugs if you get a room streetside. The breakfast was lovely with excellent cappuccino & espresso and a nice selection of meats and pastries. It is very close to the San Giovanni train station which is a plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"The experience was fantastic, more than we expected. The staff was kind and ready to help you. The room was very cosy, warm and a lot of stuff like flip flops and bathrobes, even a makeup remover and many other things. So surprising! The breakfast was not so diverse but it was everything you needed! Hope to travel again to Como, and definitely will book again this hotel!"
