"There were no surprises when we arrived and checked out the house. It was very thoughtful that there were some food items for our arrival. Everything worked fine and the owner was responsible for a couple of maintenance issues. The yard lights did not come on the last two nights and we missed them. Getting around the area by walking is a little sketchy because the roadway is narrow. We found the ferry stop 10 minutes from the house very convenient."

"We had a great time. The house was charming and very comfortable. It is convenient to restaurants coffee shops and the grocery store are all within walking distant. The house was spacious and very nice. Typical European layout. I would definitely stay here again. Como is so beautiful. Blows Hawaii away. Sorry Kapalua, Maui you are now #2 in my heart. Although Sansei Restaurant in Maui is the best restaurant in the world hands down."

"There’s no question it’s a beautiful home overlooking Lake Como, with a charm that is remjniscent of something out of a Harry Potter novel. Unfortunately, the home itself self has a fair amount of deferred maintenance. Lightbulbs were burned out in master bathroom, the door handle on the washing machine was broken, certain shutters didn’t work, there is no air conditioning in any room and some of the wiring is unlikely to be up to code, although I dont know that for sure. "This was our second stay in this beautiful villa and we enjoyed our stay even more since we were familiar with the area. It is located near enough to tourist-busy Bellagio, but far away enough that it is relaxing and quiet. The villa is beautiful and nicely furnished; the owner responds quickly and is welcoming. We hope to be back a third time!"

"A group of 7 of us women stayed here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The pictures online don't do this villa justice. It's beautiful! The house and grounds are enormous and absolutely beautiful. The hosts are so kind and accommodating, even making sure we had bottles of wine waiting for us when we got there. They went above and beyond. "We had a simply wonderful time at the Cloudhouse. The house itself is beautiful with spectacular views over Lake Como. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious for the 14 of us, and the house managers were brilliant, always attentive and helpful.
