"We really enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu for the month of November 2024. The house was a single level. The master bed and bath were quite large with a king bed. There was a dresser and end tables but no closet space. This bedroom has direct access to the large patio area and has a view of the lake and mountains. The master bath has a shower only. "Had a great trip to Lake Havasu. House was as explained. Great pool and hot tub. Pool table and putting green was fun. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need. Coffee bar was cute. House was located near the lake and city. We ordered groceries for pick up at Walmart which was convenient."

"We came to Lake Havasu for a golf tournament. Six of us stayed here, we all loved it. It is decorated beautifully and extremely clean. We were gone during the day at the golf course but we used the hot tub to relax in the evening and played games after. Everything worked out perfectly and I would highly recommend this property. We hare hoping to come back next year if we get in the golf tournament, Thank you to our hosts Jason & Chrissi Paul"

"This was a great 3 bedroom place. Beds comfortable , TVs in each one, and beds were queens or larger. Huge garage for your car n toys. The house was the best stocked n equipped that I have stayed out. Nice pool n hot tub. Melody was amazing to deal with. We will definitely come back next year. House was super clean and comfy thru out"

"Beautiful new house in quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan with large modern kitchen and stunning 12 foot ceilings. It's so new, it is missing some items that I'm sure they will add over time. There is no place to hang your clothes in the master bedroom, no armoire, clothes rack or hooks. The second bedroom has an en suite, which is a really nice bonus! But the second bedroom is empty except for a bed and is missing a night stand and dresser drawers. All small things that I'm sure will change....

During our stay one of the two A/C units starting blowing warm air and one quick message to the property manager and it was handled.
