"Such a beautiful and relaxing home for our mini-vacation! It was a pleasure coming back from our excursions around town, kicking back on the porch and seeing the setting sun on the lake, and being able to actually see the stars at night! All 3 beds (1 king in master bedroom, 2 queens in other bedrooms) were extremely comfortable and we all slept like babies. "Security was good on the property, laundry room was clean, ice was available for fee, quiet weekend with neighbors, launch ramp was not a problem. Patio was enjoyed and parking for my boat worked out well. Looking at the photos of the unit made the indoor spaces look much larger than it actually was, we experienced a single wide mobilehome with a bedroom attached. Anyway, we did had a good time. A few disappointing things, like they don't supply pool towels, any chairs by the pool and don't tell you until you are there, and you have to go buy the items to lug back home and not use. When we first got there, there was no toilet paper or paper towels. Someone brought a bag to stock the house within minutes of me informing them. I appreciate that. "The property is in a great neighborhood. It has a nice view of Lake Havasu and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The pool was immaculate and there was plenty of seating options on the patio area. It was the perfect place to spend a month away from the Michigan winter."

"Very nice host - easy check in. Lovely pool and outdoor patio area. Great view. House is big, plenty of room. Pool table in one of the rooms. Bathrooms are nice. House needs a bit of an update but is comfortable. TVs have satellite and streaming. Driveway is steep with parking in the garage and flat area for 2 vehicles at the top. We had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the outdoor area. Nice neighborhood. "
