I like the pool and jacuzzi. The casino is nice . The room needs updating. The tile on the floor in the bathroom is old and not very appealing to walk on barefoot. The carpet in the room was also not very nice.

Hotel is under construction, and we were given a room on 2nd floor where closest elevators didn’t work. Asked to be near our friends for 2 nights and had booked 2 Q beds. At check in, given 2 dbl beds, an accessible room, with broken shower arm, in totally different tower. Room smelled of heavy perfume and had kleenex stuffed in vents and peep holes. Front desk credited the original upgrade fee, and resort fee for 1 night. Eventually switched our room for the 2nd night after many trips to front desk. The new room was better, but thermostat didn’t work, batteries were dead, and when we tried to turn it on & it fell off the wall. Told housekeeping, but nothing was ever done to fix it. Room also smelled of heavy perfume. Glad they tried to make our stay better, but we still weren’t that thrilled with the comfort of our stay.
