The property is nice and clean. My issue was with poor staff attitude. One example is the ice machine on the floor I stayed at was broken. When I inquired about it, I was told to go look for a working ice machine on another floor! Bartenders were hostile too. Not sure if they are overworked but they seemed bothered when providing service or answering simple questions. They give off an unwelcoming vibe.

We found the hotel looking very tired. Lots of paint peeling , cement tops of bannister unsteady. There doesnt seem to be much renovating done.

I wanted to take a shower, but the water never got above very tepid. There were not any USB ports for charging our devices, and there were very few outlets available.

The various dining options and both a kid's pool and adult pool. Did not like the shower water pressure and there were stains on the sheets and comforters.

Just a very old property not keep up room smelled very bad of course we ask to be moved and they couldn’t do anything about it

There was no hot water, the bed was very soft and uncomfortable, the pillows were awful. The smoke alarm battery was chirping when we got there so we called to have it fixed, they did and then at 5 am it started chirping again. We had to take out the alarm. I told the front desk person when I checked out and she didn’t care at all.
