"Good things -Clean and quiet hotel located in great central area overlooking the lake. -Room was lovely. -Great breakfast. Bad things - £25 per day for parking in their own car park 5min walk away feels like a rip off. -Over sensitive fire alarm system meaning 1 alarm going off per day of our stay. "Lovely hotel, friendly staff and excellent service. The spa was quiet when we used it after check in and the following morning, which was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend the evening food - this was delicious. Breakfast was a bit basic but other than this, a great stay. We will be back. "

Fabulous Anniversary weekend

"Superb stay for our anniversary. Accomadated the dog which was great. Even got ev charging points which only found out aboout at end of stay £25 per day . Would of meant no need to detour to kendal sainsburys on route . Great base for exploring lakes , not in the full hustle bustle of bowness but only a 40 min boat ride away . "
