The staff is nice and friendly and also the location is within a walkable distance to stations and restaurants and shops. The amenities provided is also wonderful. "A great hotel with clean and comfortable accomodations as well as an incredibly helpful and friendly staff. If you are travelling within Kyoto, you may need to walk for a bit before you get to the local metro lines, but if you're instead going to be traveling through Kyoto Station then there is a free shuttle that travels to and from the station and hotel at regular intervals."

"The hotel is very tasteful designed and comfortable. It's conveniently located some 15 minutes' walk from the railway station and close to the city centre. The description is faithful to the reality. The staff was pleasant and courteous but not all of them had good command of English. "

"It was the smallest room we stayed at but the hot springs were relaxing, free ice cream was delicious, love that they provide a variety of sizes on the pj’s, the complimentary soy infused noodles in the evening hit the spot, and love that they have laundry services. Even a separate laundry room for female undergarments. Kyoto main train station is at a walking distance and don’t miss out on all the underground basement floors at the station with all the little shops and restaurants you can think of. Kyoto has so much to offer and so much to see. Can’t wait to go back. "
