"Location was great and the area was buzzing with activity. Two lawsons 1-3 mins walk from the hotel. What is best was the service. Our son hurt his knee and the hotel staff went out of the way to look for a clinic for us, book a taxi to the clinic, and did follow ups after that, even leaving a note when they didn’t see us that evening. My son also badly wanted a transparent umbrella (small sized, perfect for a kid) and I asked where I can purchase it from. As soon as I returned to my room, the doorbell rang and the staff brought a kid umbrella to gift it to me. 10/10 for service really. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one! I’d be looking out for Mimaru the next time we visit Japan. "
