"The apartment was lovely, nice finishes.The view was spectacular, right on a nice beach but a steep shore break that was challenging to swim. The disappointment was the neighborhood, which is rather shabby with an astounding number of homeless. Not a lovely place for a vacation."

"When I arrived late the condo room I was stay was dirty. I had to clean it up with little cleaning supplies that was left behind and change the bedsheets. I did get my cleaning fee back so that was nice. Other than that I had a great stay in at the property."

"Communication with the host prior to arrival was excellent. The condo was very cute and comfortable. The view was outstanding! Best view in Oahu was spot-on! The beach was incredible-soft sand and clean. We enjoyed walking and relaxing on the beach. People were friendly. It is more of a quiet and remote area, just as advertised. Some homeless in the area but they were not bothersome at all. The pool was clean. The condo,beach, views, atmosphere were exactly what we needed for a relaxing...

The pack & play & high chair were very helpful. Close to pools, beach, shopping.plenty of beach toys and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful memories were made! We loved it! "

"We started for a four night trip in January. The condo was comfortable and well stocked (especially the kitchen). Ken was a great host and allowed us to check in early, which was super helpful. The waves were a little rough for swimming at this time of year, but the beaches were beautiful and the condo was a great "base camp" to explore the island. We didn't know before coming that we can't drive from Makaha directly to the northern shore so that is something we'll consider for future trips, if...
