"Unprofessional host,did not show up,did not answer email & call no show up at all We've stayed more than 24hrs waiting & its our first time in thailand we dont know anyone who can help us.We have 2 seniors in our travel and this is what we experience.Our safety waiting outside the property from the airport at 3am waiting for the no show up & unresponsive host is very risky but the host did not answer our call & did not even provide instruction on what we need to do when we arrived."

"To start, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. They sent me all the information needed ahead of time to self check into their house. As well as continuous correspondence on how our stay was going and they were quick to answer any questions I had. Their place is described accurately on VRBO. A beautiful house in an eastern suburb of Bangkok, about 15 min walk to Nana Skytrain Station. There are lots of eating establishments in the neighbourhood as well as a very active night scene. "This place was amazing. Beautiful location & neighborhood. It was quiet and very comfortable. It is right down the street from Nana Plaza. My communication with the host couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking to go to Bangkok, Thailand in the Nana area I would highly recommend this property. "

"Private, 2 story, condo. The most helpful and Sweetest of neighbors! Super generous and hospitable hosts! My husband and I stayed for nearly 3 months. We came from America because i needed medical treatment here. I would definitely recommend."
