"The room is on the smaller size compared to U.S. but definitely enought space for my family (2 teenagers, 1 toddler and my husband and I) The room is really clean and they brought us waters everyday. The hotel is really clean and my toddler loved the interactive wall in the lobby. The toidoir has a lot of things. After we checked out we locked our luggage and went to the shopping mall across the street. The train stations are connected to the hotel through a bridge which makes it easier to get around. The"

"What an amazing experience. 10/10 would stay here again. The staff is SO welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As soon as we arrived they helped us with our luggage and offered to have it put in our room so we could explore Japan. Any question we had or service we requested was met with the upmost professionalism and friendliness, it truly made an impact. The rooms were so nice and comfortable, my children didn’t want to leave. We stayed there because of the convenience of being able to get to Disney and it was such an easy process. The shuttles are prompt and on time as the schedule they have printed. Truly a seamless process. Also, they have great dining options in case you’re exhausted to go out like we were. Can’t rave enough great things about our experience. Thank you to the staff for making it so memorable."

"This hotel is fabulous! It was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! They have several restaurants plus a konbini! Our room was spacious, their breakfast buffet is huge, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. There’s even a zen garden in the lobby! My only regret is we spent just one night here prior to our departure home. I highly recommend this hotel!"
