"This hotel is fabulous! It was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! They have several restaurants plus a konbini! Our room was spacious, their breakfast buffet is huge, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. There’s even a zen garden in the lobby! My only regret is we spent just one night here prior to our departure home. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Super quiet, good location and close to the Bayside station. Rooms are a bit older, however, kept in decent condition. The sink was plugged and I had trouble getting them to fix it but everything else was fine. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Very clean, very typical hotel vibe but perfect if you need easy access to the airport! The airport shuttle bus made my life a million times easier, especially never having been to Japan before. I was only in the area for two days before heading up to Hokkaido for the winter season, but being by the airport meant easy enough access to Tokyo. If you're looking for a longer stay in Tokyo I'd recommend staying closer to the city centre, but if it's a short stay and you aren't fussed by the hour or so train ride in then it's quite a nice place to be :)"
