"We had the most incredible stay here while visiting Hakone. The location is ideal: a 2 min walk from the main train station and right on the river. Waking up to the sound/view of the river is just magical. The team working here is incredibly nice, hospitable and accommodating. We did the half board and the food was delicious and varied. We asked for our meals to be vegetarian and we were served the most beautiful kaiseki style spread in our room. A special thank you to Yuki who took care of us...

"Our stay was great, it was a beautiful and quiet place. The Onsen itself was perfect. I think the only downside was the food was just ok. We were expecting more food options in the area, but when we realized there wasn’t anything close by, we ate at the hotel, and the food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either.
