"Room was huge, clean and modern. Great loction for ease of access into old town and local amenities. Check in wad slightly delayed but we used the bar whilst we waited. The hotel was quiet, didnt even hear noise from the hallways. Food and drink were good with lots of options. "

"I chose this hotel near Krakow airport because my flight got canceled and I needed a place to stay ahead of my rescheduled, early morning flight on the following day. It was so nice to arrive in a spacious, clean, comfortable room with king size bed and great sheets. Also, I was able to check in hours ahead of the standard check-in time. This was the best part of an otherwise bad day."

"Rooms and lobby stylishly decorated, shame it's let down slightly by the amenities but it looked like they were being upgraded so perhaps they we just stayed there at the wrong time, didn't appear to match the rest of the hotel."

"The hotel was very smart & clean. The staff always helpful. We had breakfast each morning, which is self service buffet with plenty of choice. Our stay was only 4 days, so didn't really experience the facilities to the full. But they have a bar & restaurant, a gym & pool table. The hotel is just a 10min walk to the beautiful Old Town & Market Square and 5min from Wawel Castle (look out for the fire-breathing dragon). There is an extensive tram network in Krakow, one line just 2mins from the hotel (unfortunately this line was undergoing maintenance during our stay). Overall, an EXCELLENT hotel"
